Prep

Cleanse and dry. Bare skin only — no serums, oils, moisturizer, SPF, or makeup. They block the light.

Treat

Attach the eye shields, choose your mode, relax. Each runs 5–12 minutes and shuts off automatically.

Restore

Moisturize to lock in the glow. SPF 30+ the next morning. Skip strong actives for ~12 hours.

Before a session

Bare, clean skin lets the light do its job.

LED light has to reach your skin to work — anything sitting on top blocks or scatters it.

  • Cleanse with a gentle, non-exfoliating wash
  • Pat completely dry
  • Start with bare skin
  • Use the eye shields every session
